About TruckPlot

Routes that a truck can actually drive, with the fuel and parking already planned.

What we do

Truck-legal routing with the operational layers attached. Routing respects height, weight, length, axle and hazardous materials restrictions from current road data, and factors in real bridge and seasonal restrictions. Fuel stops are optimised against the fleet's actual network pricing and tax considerations rather than pump price, which is where the savings are. Parking is planned into the route at the point where hours will run out, with availability predicted. Estimated arrival accounts for hours of service, so the plan is legal rather than theoretically fast.

Who we built it for

Small and mid-size trucking fleets of 5 to 200 trucks, plus owner-operators. The buyer is a dispatcher or an owner planning loads.

Why this is hard to copy

The savings are large, measurable and immediate, which makes the purchase self-funding, and the enterprise vendors have priced themselves out of the segment that contains most of the trucks.

Combining legal routing with fuel and parking planning in one product is what makes it a dispatcher's tool rather than a map.

How we find customers

Trucking communities and dispatcher groups, plus fuel card providers and telematics vendors as integration partners.

The route cost analysis is the pitch because it is arithmetic on their own trips.

The one promise

The free tool on this site is genuinely free and genuinely useful. It does not withhold the answer behind an email form, it does not degrade after a trial, and it does not exist to harvest your data. If it helps you and you never pay us, that is a fine outcome.

See how many units you lose before they are sold

A free Route Cost Analysis on ten recent completed trips: what the route actually cost in fuel. Runs in your browser. No account, no card, no call.
