Method: out-of-route miles = trucks x trips x out-of-route miles per trip, costed as fuel for those miles plus driver time at your average speed. Fuel premium = every gallon bought x what you pay above your best network price. Tolls, wear and parking are left out. The plan cost uses 29 dollars per truck a month, or 19 above 50 trucks.
